All compounds offered by SuperGenix Research Peptides are sold and shipped strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food. They have not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, or any equivalent regulatory body for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Permitted Uses

You may use these compounds for:

• In-vitro experimentation (cell culture, biochemical assays, receptor-binding studies)
• Analytical reference standards (HPLC, MS, NMR method development and validation)
• Educational demonstrations in qualified laboratory environments
• Bench-scale research conducted by trained personnel under appropriate institutional controls

Prohibited Uses

• Human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application
• Veterinary or any in-vivo animal administration
• Any diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or cosmetic purpose
• Food, dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or beverage formulation
• Resale or repackaging for any non-research purpose
• Distribution to parties who have not accepted equivalent research-use terms

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are legally authorized to handle laboratory reference materials in your jurisdiction, and accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of the materials.

You agree to indemnify SuperGenix for any claims arising from misuse of products purchased from this site.

Order Review

SuperGenix reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that — in our sole discretion — appears intended for non-research use, that is shipped to a non-laboratory address without satisfactory explanation, or that violates these terms.

We may request additional verification of researcher affiliation prior to shipment.
