1. Acceptance

By using supergenixlabs.net (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Research-Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Research Use Only

All compounds sold on the Site are laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research use only. They are not for human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, or food use. Your use is governed by our Research-Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted in your jurisdiction to acquire laboratory reference materials. SuperGenix may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

Pricing, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment provider. Orders are released to fulfillment only after payment clears. Every order requires an affirmative research-use acknowledgment at checkout.

5. Shipping

Compounds ship lyophilized in temperature-controlled packaging. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. International shipments are subject to applicable export controls and customs requirements; the customer is responsible for any duties or import documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperGenix’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of any product is limited to the price paid for the specific order at issue. SuperGenix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SuperGenix harmless from any claim arising from your use, handling, storage, or onward distribution of products purchased from the Site, including any use that violates the Research-Use Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the state where SuperGenix is headquartered.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
